4. Recipients and service providers
Webschool uses DonDominio (Soluciones Corporativas IP, S.L.) for the hosting of the corporate website and corporate email. This provider may process technical website data and email data on Webschool’s behalf as necessary to provide those services.
Data may also be disclosed to professional advisers or public authorities where this is necessary to comply with law, establish or defend legal claims, or respond to a valid legal request.

5. International transfers
Webschool does not configure webschool.org to send visitor data to advertising, behavioural analytics or generative-AI providers. If a future service involves an international transfer of personal data, Webschool will apply the safeguards required by the GDPR and update the relevant information where necessary.

Email enquiries are kept only for as long as needed to answer the request and, where appropriate, to manage the resulting professional relationship. Information may subsequently be retained or blocked for the periods necessary to comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend claims.
Technical logs are retained only for operational, diagnostic and security purposes in accordance with the applicable hosting configuration and are not used by Webschool for behavioural advertising.

You may request access to your personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, portability where applicable, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise your rights, contact privacy@webschool.org and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant processing. We may request reasonable evidence of identity where necessary to protect your information.
If you consider that your data-protection rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or, where applicable, another competent supervisory authority.
